Chunks/Town Plots that are owned by players are called '''Private Plots'''. Only the owner of these plots and players the owner as trusted through <code>/tmenu</code> can use these chunks. Additionally, mayors and co-mayors can override private plots. Permissions are fully controlled by the owner of the plot. 

Here are two commends done to make a plot private:

#'''"/plot claim"''' - The person who wants to own the plot must stand in the chunk and perform this command. After claiming, it is their private plot
